As well as having our very popular TOMBOLA, which has prizes donated by shops in Torroella de Montgri and L'Estartit, NEW FOR 2011 we also have the "Walk for Life RAFFLE". We have some great prizes which have been donated by local companies. Raffle tickets will be available before and after the walk.

Less than a week to go!

Well we are on the final countdown now to the fourth Walk for Life. The entries and the donations are coming in now so we hope Sunday will be a big success! HOWEVER, we haven't got many men registered for the walk yet!! COME ON BOYS register now don't be shy!!

We are looking for face painting volunteers for Sunday, we will provide the face paints and the faces we just need someone to help do the painting!!

Necessitem la vostra ajuda si us plau. El "Walk for Life Costa Brava"(Caminada per la Vida) tindrà lloc diumenge dia 18 de setembre. Estem demanant a les empreses locals a donar premis per a una tómbola i / o una rifa (per exemple: un dels seus productes o vals per als seus serveis) per a recaptar fons per a la caritat Oncolliga Girona. Durant els últims 3 anys de la caminada hem recaptat més de15,000 euros per AECC i Oncolliga Gironai cada any volem fer més coses per recaptar fons. Càncer afecta tot el món i junts podem fer una diferència - però necessitem l'ajuda de vosaltres.

Després de la caminada hi haurà un munt d'activitats per a tota la família a la plaça de la Llevantina. Les activitats inclouen: demostració de ball country i Zumba amb Kay B amb una oportunitat de provar els balls, una rifa amb molts de premis, pintura de la cara i parades diverses per recaptar fons.

Well, here we are again getting ready for the IV Walk for Life Costa Brava. 18 th September 2011 in L'Estartit.

This year MEN are welcome to join us!! So boys get your walking shoes on and your registration forms downloaded because we need you!!

You can enter by downloading the form from the website and paying your entry fee of 10 euros into our account (details on the form) or you can call into KINGS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT office in L'Estartit to pay in cash and hand in your form.

If you can't get over to Estartit before the day of the walk you can still pay your money into the account. Please send us an email to let us know you have paid as this really helps with our organising for the day. If you prefer you can come along and register from 08.45 h on the day of the walk at the start point. (NB: this year to register on the day is 12 euros).
